UPDATE 9/22/23: Out of abundance of caution, it has been decided by The East End Seaport Museum in consultation with Southold Town Police Department and Greenport Village Officials, we must cancel the parade due to the potential Tropical Cyclone forecasted. It is with great disappointment to all after a full year of planning to have to postpone but please save the date for next year's Greenport Maritime Festival September 21-22, 2024 and the Merry Merfolk Parade that will take place on the Saturday of festival weekend!

We look forward to continuing our merfolk marching tradition then, and hope to see you there.
