  • Kimberly Barbour

    BACK TO THE BAYS DIRECTOR | SENIOR RESOURCE EDUCATOR

    Kim has been working for CCE Marine Program since 2010 and came up with the Back to the Bays Initiative concept in 2015 as a way to better connect the public to the work of CCE Marine Program. She oversees all aspects of the Initiative including communications, stewardship programming, special events, fundraising, and community collaborations.

  • Kimberly Manzo

    EAST END EDUCATION MANAGER | MARINE MEADOWS PROGRAM MANAGER

    Kim has worked on the Habitat Team at CCE Marine Program for 21 years, primarily based out of Southold, but leads habitat related activities at Tiana Bayside as well. Her specialties are marine habitat restoration and seahorse conservation. Kim’s programs include Marine Meadows workshops, seahorse and eelgrass seining, SCUBA demonstrations, coastal habitat propagation, and seaweed pressing.

  • Carolyn Munaco

    ARTSEA PROGRAM DIRECTOR + EDUCATOR | CCE MARINE RESIDENT ARTIST

    Tiana Bayside

    Carolyn has worked for CCE Marine Program since 2013. She is the ArtSea Program Director, an arts & science instructor, CCE Marine’s artist, and a marine education & outreach assistant. As a working local artist, Carolyn’s specialty is art and the creative process influenced by the marine environment.

  • Kate Rossi-Snook

    AQUACULTURE SPECIALIST + STEWARDSHIP SITE MANAGER

    Kate holds a B.A. in Marine Biology + M.A. in Environmental Anthropology, and has been working in the field of shellfish aquaculture, habitat restoration + water quality improvement for 20 years. With CCE Marine, Kate helps to produce the shellfish used for restoration + enhancement projects, manages the Shell Recycling Program, and tracks + coordinates our multi-species restoration work at all of the Back to the Bays Stewardship Sites across the East End.

  • Ella Gatfield

    MARINE EDUCATOR

    Ella is our Back to the Bays Educator, overseeing programmatic development and education throughout the East End. Ella holds a degree in environmental policy and journalism, in addition to completing a program in sustainable agriculture. Invested in education, specifically surrounding habitat restoration, Ella develops and teaches marine-based curriculum that welcomes a variety of ages, interests, and skill levels.
