Shellabration is an annual culinary celebration that showcases local shellfish and serves as a fundraiser to benefit Cornell Cooperative Extension Marine Program’s SPAT Program and Back to the Bays Initiative. It is traditionally held the first weekend of December in Greenport Village and is attended by a sold out audience of 1,500 "Shellabrants" every year.
